With a rebooted approach, where the client and the candidate are the priority (not the fee), Reboot take a service orientated approach which provides a value-added alternative to traditional recruitment that’s tailored to fit every scenario. Consultants are targeted on QoS, clients align with our values and are qualified as stringently as our candidates (we don’t work with everyone), and the need to ensure that the end result is of the highest quality, is paramount to all.
Meet the Team
Michael Stevens
Michael was in sales from the moment he left school at 16 and gratefully seized the opportunities he was given. From starting out with independent traders to establishing himself within a nationwide business, he went on to become the company’s youngest Sales Manager and was running teams of salespeople in a highly competitive industry, turning multiple branches into high performing operations with region topping results! His journey in recruitment started in 2014 and has since worked in several complex disciplines, establishing successful desks from scratch. Michael joined IP Source / Reboot to help mould the company into the highly service orientated business it is today.

Ian Pollard
Ian cut his teeth in the world of IT Sales working for a Cisco Gold partner in early 2000’s where he learnt the ways of business technology. His recruitment journey begun when he was headhunted into a technology recruitment business, and subsequently went on to build a multitude of highly successful recruitment desks and divisions. In 2016 he stepped back into IT recruitment for an industry leader where he established & ran their first and only technical division. Once having successfully delivered this, he decided to launch what is now Reboot Recruitment in 2020 to address the many shortfalls of the recruitment industry he’d experienced along the way.
